Scanning electron microscope (SEM) with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) detector. Magnification ranges from 8X to over 100,000X with elemental composition and variable pressure mode for non-conductive samples without coating.

Magnification 7X to 120X Multi-focus for extended Depth of Field

Smart Coater
Sputter coater for higher resolution SEM analysis of biological and other non-conductive samples (Gold or Platinum coating).
LEICA DM750 Compound Microscope
For imaging samples on slides magnification 25X to 1000X (oil immersion)
